bed board is made of cold-rolled steel plate by one-time stamping, which has good anti-skid and air permeability. The load-bearing capacity of the bed is not less than 240KG.

 

Technical Parameters:
1. The frame of the bed body is welded by 80*40*1.5 formed square tube, advanced robot welding technology, high quality welding, strong bed body, can load ≥240kg;
2. Bed surface: 1.2mm cold rolled steel plate. It is punched into a concave shape and has a multi-hole design for easy ventilation and anti-slip function.
3. The surface of the bed has been degreasing, derusting, anti-rust, secondary phosphating, electrostatic spraying and electric baking treatment, the surface is smooth and beautiful, does not fall off, does not rust; the coating has antibacterial and anti-mildew effects, and belongs to the green Healthy and environmentally friendly products.
4. The headboard and footboard of the bed are made of high-quality steel pipe bending forming and the perfect combination of PS engineering plastics; the hanging design is detachable and convenient, and there is a patient information card slot on the outside of the footboard;
5. Fully covered aluminum alloy folding guardrail is made of thick aluminum alloy material, which is durable, not easy to deform, corrosion resistant, smooth and beautiful and easy to clean.
6. Equipped with ABS rocker with built-in steel core, hidden design, firm and flexible, no noise, easy operation, and flexible adjustment of the patient's back and leg position.
7. Rocker drive lifting system, no plastic structure, wear-resistant, compression-resistant, and long life. It is equipped with two-way non-limit protection device to enhance the service life and safety performance. Ensure labor-saving and smooth shaking.
8. Equipped with φ125 silent casters and four-angle brakes, it is easy to fix or push the bed.
9. Both sides and four corners of the bed have anti-collision design. The four corners are equipped with infusion stand sockets and drainage hooks. Infusion stand is optional.
